Take it Easy tincture was created for just what it says, in hopes to help you take it easy. This tincture would be a great addition to any cup of tea or down the hatch. This could be added to any bedtime routine.
A tincture is a concentrated herbal extract made from the plants roots, leaves, stems, or flowers. This is an easy way to benefit from the plants properties. All tinctures are made with vegetable glycerin that has a sweet mild taste.
Instructions: Take 1 dropper 1-2 times a day orally or can be added to any hot or cold beverage.
Ingredients: Chamomile, Passionflower, Gotu Kola, Purified Water, Vegetable Glycerin
+ Do not use if pregnant or nursing without consulting physician. Chamomile and Passionflower could have sedating properties. Recommend consulting with physician before use. Use with caution if taking medication.
