Enjoy a cup of Balance blend anytime of the month. However designed with women in mind for their time of the month. Very delightful herbal taste and sweet notes of oats.
Brew Instructions: Add 1 tablespoon of tea to basket or cloth/bag, add 8 oz of boiling hot water over the herbs. Steep for 3-5 minutes for desired flavor. Can very easily make another 8oz cup with herbs as used before.
The loose tea will make roughly 12-15 cups of tea depending on how strong you like it.

Raspberry leaf, Oat straw, Peppermint, Yarrow, Nettle, Chamomile
