A little bit about my herbal story:

Let me first start by saying my mother has the most green thumb of anyone I know. I grew up with someone loving plants and doctoring them up just right. Jump ahead to my college years when I was living next to a local health food store. I used to love to go in there and look up and down the aisles full of different herbal teas, tincture, and salves. Everything smelled so good and it fascinated me that all the ingredients were plant based and natural. Right then I gave into my own curiosity and taught myself a little bit of herbal healing. I ordered books, went to the library, talked with folks about plants, took some classes online. Felt like it was time to start making my own teas and tinctures. 

For many years I've been someone who struggled with anxiety. As I grew into an adult I started to understand more about myself, and what brought on the anxiety. This lead to the merging of two paths: fighting anxiety and understanding my knowledge of plant properties. I felt like this duo made a great team. I began to make my own tinctures and teas and found myself having great success with calming my nerves. I started sharing this news with people I knew and loved. It turned into sharing some of my products with friends, who for years encouraged me to sell my homemade products with you all. I have a love and a thirst for educating myself on herbal and plant history. I'm here sharing this with you all because I believe in it. I love the natural side of things. In my opinion, one of the best parts about herbal medicine is learning about each plant, it's history, how long it's been around and what is was used for so so many moons ago. Each plant has it's own set of benefits. 

All my products are sourced from Mountain Rose Herb and certified organic. As much as I would love to grow everything for you right in my own garden, Wyoming has a fairly short and hard growing season. Some of these plants take years to grow strong roots just to be harvested and enjoyed. All my products are made right in my home with special care and thought. Hand shaken by yours truly every day.
